Making the Sausage – Learning Stevie Ray Vaughan’s “Lenny”

For a future lesson, I’m working on Stevie Ray Vaughan’s “Lenny”, and tried to play it with no metronome to see where I was at…which parts were working and which weren’t.

This is where I am as of a couple of nights ago…the sausage being made…a long way to go before I’ll be ready. I used my Vox DA5 practice amp on this, and it sounds surprisingly good for such an inexpensive digital amp.

Making the Sausage – Learning SRV’s “Riviera Paradise”

Working on learning Stevie Ray Vaughan’s “Riviera Paradise” so that I can then do a lesson on how to play it.

This is where I am as of last night…the sausage being made…a long way to go before I’ll be ready. I used my Vox DA5 practice amp on this, and it sounds surprisingly good for such an inexpensive digital amp.
